RESOLVED : Case No 1607700565765533729 I got in touch with their Customer Service via FB Messenger and it seems to be much more responsive compared to their hotline . Also the customer service is also better and faster online compared to the hotline. They seem to know the information relating to the case more promptly. Shopee agreed to do the full refund and added a $50 complimentary voucher as well for the trouble.
