Apparently Key-Me uses subcontractor locksmiths. They get a call, farm out the work to whomever is available. Had issues with the locksmith service that they failed to rectify to my satisfaction. Key -Me stepped in and resolved the issue without involving the locksmith. Get a quote from the locksmith in writing via text or email. Verbal discussions about pricing will not be honored.
