TomTop does not adhere to their product warranty
I am extremely disappointed by TomTop. They do NOT adhere to their product warranty - even after I sent them the requested video showing that the pen is not working! They did not want to refund me the pen and it obviously did not work after I received it. I was not able to connect it to my Xiaomi Pad 5. See the attached video Iink. A lot of trouble and wasted money. Update: They now ban my product review. Totally scam.
