Poor Customer Service
On 7/25 I ordered a Hygger Aquarium Gravel Cleaner - 15W-Blue which I received. After opening the box I immediately knew that the pump would be too big for my small 5 gallon Betta tanks. We emailed Hygger the same day explaining the situation, which was unfortunate, having heard good things about this company. They responded a few days later requesting a reason, which we had already explained and photos and stated that in lieu of a refund they would give me 40 points towards a future purchase and the cost to ship would be at my expense (I totally understand that part). When we replied stating we preferred a refund we then heard nothing back from anyone. After sending 3 additional emails with NO response and sending a 4th email I finally hear back from someone today stating that they sent return instructions and perhaps the email went into my Spam folder which it did not. I honestly feel that they purposely delayed responding to me in hopes that I would forget or to perhaps drag this out past their 30-day return policy. Up until now I had no opinion about Hygger and their products but the lack of response is unacceptable.
