Issues with a cancellation
I ordered an item and I accidentally forgot to put in a coupon code, I cancelled the order soon after before it was shipped. I went through the cancellation process, at the end they had said “customer service will reply within 1 working day.” I ordered it on the 5th, it is now the 7th with no reply. I’d like to know the status of the refund, since the cancellation was made soon after I assume I should get a full refund as of your policy.
