BUYER BEWARE
They sent me an earring that is very clearly not what I ordered in the listing. It's OBVIOUS that the earring is a cheap look a like because I ordered the same earring in 3 different color options. 2 of the color options arrived as seen in the photo on their site and the third was much smaller in size and really CHEAP quality when what I ordered was quality gold plated stainless steel. Like wish.com type of quality is what they sent me for one of the earring colors. I sent them photos for proof with the good quality versions side by side to the bad one so they could see what it should look like and what they sent and they refuse to take responsibility. Only offering 30% refund (in a credit to my account) not even a real refund and they could care less. Ive gone back and forth with them for 4 days now, asked to speak with a manager and they completely ignore my requests. It's such a bummer because most of my order arrived as expected and I love 90% of what I ordered. But if I can't trust them to own up to their mistakes and make it right by taking care of their customers I'm not comfortable placing larger orders for my business, knowing if something doesn't arrive properly they won't help you and your basically out that money. They also SEVERELY over charge for shipping costs. Like they're trying to charge $50 for shipping on the $911 order I had in my cart that I'm no longer going to place because of how awful their customer service is. Oh the cherry on top, all this fight is over $11.50 in earrings, and $3.24 in a necklace that matched the earrings and didn't arrive like the photos. I did a test order before buying a lot to make sure I was happy with this manufacturer and I am glad I did. Imagine if I had made a full buy the first time and was stuck with them not refunding me much larger amounts of money for their mistake. It's OUTRAGEOUS. BUYER BEWARE. The fact that this is how they do business and treat customers makes me so skeptical at their 4.8 star rating.. some people must be getting paid off or they're fake reviews.
