DO NOT ORDER. This is a fraudulent company. I ordered 2 dresses from them, quickly got a shipping notification and then silence. 2 weeks later, I went to track the package and it said delivered. I reached out to tell them I didn't receive it and they told me I had to go to the last mile delivery company. Kistania said the package was signed for, but no matter how many times I asked for proof of signature, it was never provided. They then told me that I needed proof from the last mile delivery that there was a problem. The last mile delivery took another week to get back to me. They told me it had been delivered and there was nothing they could do. I screen-shotted it and sent back to Kistania. They then told me the exact same thing that it had been delivered and there was nothing they could do. The whole time, they kept telling me they couldn't help because it was outside their 7 day window, but it was outside the window because they didn't tell me the order was delivered and didn't respond for days. This is a fraudulent company. I had to report it to my bank to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER.
