I give IDA a 5 point approval
I give IDA a 5 point approval. However, I give their method of shipping less than one. I have used FedEx quite a bit since moving to Costa Rica but I have never asked for a delivery to my PO Box. When I did, I learned that FedEx does not deliver to the post office in Costa Rica. It took a lot of phone calls and instruction to deliver directly to my home address. It was a long process. But I do have my international drivers license now.
