Feels Like a Scam – Misleading Product and Zero Support I bought Dr.Fone (Mac) – Screen Unlock (iOS) thinking it would help me unlock my iPhone. Nowhere during the purchase process did it clearly mention that the tool would completely wipe all the data from my phone. That’s a pretty major detail to leave out until after payment. As soon as I realized what was going to happen, I tried to get a refund. That’s when the real frustration began. Their website is like a maze — it just keeps looping you between product pages and subscription settings with no clear way to actually request a refund. I finally found a support chat icon, but no one ever showed up. I waited over 8 hours with zero response. I canceled the subscription just 30 minutes after buying and didn’t even use the tool, but getting in touch with anyone or getting my money back has been impossible so far. Honestly, the whole experience feels shady. The product was not what I expected, there’s no real support, and the refund process seems designed to wear you down. I really regret trusting Wondershare.
