Charleston, SC Unprofessionalism and Lack of Attention to Detail
I visited the location in Charleston, SC. They did not put the correct tint on. I addressed the issue and the manager said he would correct it on a different day. I returned the following week and he said he would have to charge me. The tint on the front of my vehicle is darker than the back which is obviously incorrect. His solution was to lighten the front and leave the incorrect tint on the back. In other words, he wanted to make my vehicle look further away from what I agreed on and paid for. He was unprofessional and wasted two days of my time.
