Rapyd sucks and they know it. We know it now. And i think you should know it. Or alternative title : 63% - 1 star reviews. September 2022 - When it seemed to work .. September 2022 - When it seems to work .. We started to build with Rapyd. API on 29 september 2022. This is 3 months ago. Then i provided All compliance info and all information about the business model for our company. Which is paying content creators . Nothing adult. Nothing gambling . Nothing illegal. Nothing special ... Because we want to build a payout system for our members. Our developers build it in sandbox and it all worked fine. Finished in no time ! I had to deliver all credentials and all KYC stuff. No problems there send it but never got any reponse. And there it started . Or actually it ended. Please Rapyd can we go live we build a piece on your so much advertised super API ? No answers for weeks. Not on KYC process either. Not any form of communication. Let me check Trustpilot .... Ok then i let them know... I posted my question to a few Linked IN profiles on a sunday morning. (?!) Of course i knew this is never gonna really work anymore. But after posting 10 profiles with my questions i got a telephone call. Nobody replied of course (!) but a phone call happened ! I am always wondering why a CEO who i contacted as well ignore this and just not give one simple sentence reply ? Does an Ivory tower has no windows ? Maybe it is gonna work this time ? They called .. A lot of email exchange. Apparantly they knew nothing and they tell me our application will never gonna work. How we can build it on your API ?! But they will make a solution for us as good customers. I felt been taken so seriously. At last there was any form of communication. Henkjan ! Yes dear ? Check Trustpilot . Why ? This company is finally working with us. Ok let's take a sneak peek ... December We now only have to do KYC and then you are good to go.But you have to wait a while this is not my department.
