I had the pleasure of working with Laura Y. Rodriguez, a customer success rep, and from the moment I started speaking about my issue I was taken seriously, and I felt like Laura was genuinely concerned about helping me. I followed up with Laura and yet again her customer service was put on full display as she not only got in touch with the team responsible for the issue, but she emailed me on a Saturday, and I believe she was off that day to follow up with me. I really appreciate the time and extra effort that Laura took with me. I told her she was one of the "good ones", I hope her supervisor realizes what an asset Laura is to their team.
