Green Generation Electrical Ltd installed our first Growatt system last week. There was a small issue with a faulty part on the new battery system causing it to go into sleep mode. I spoke to the guys at Growatt on the phone, and they guided me through a check procedure to see if we could ascertain what was causing the issue. They quickly decided a visit from a site engineer was the best course of action. Owen Gao, from Growatt, contacted me within 20 minutes and came to the site the very next day. We inspected the system together and he diagnosed the issue was a faulty comms port in the battery module. He replaced the part immediately, we put the system back together and it worked straight away. He remained onsite and force charged the battery before checking it was discharging correctly and did not rush off, even though it was a Friday afternoon. Outstanding service and really helpful, friendly staff. Owen was a credit to Growatt and from the experience we had with their installer support team yesterday, I would not hesitate to recommend Growatt products to our clients again. Products can be faulty; that's part of life and pretty commonplace. Support like this is far more rare. Thanks for your help guys.
