Great customer service
I had an issue with the product and submitted a negative review. The representative immediately followed up with me directly and offered a refund or replacement of a faulty product. They were very efficient in trying to make up for a negative experience, We agreed on reimbursement, and they have done that, including even the shipping costs. 5 stars for amazing customer service and going the extra mile to resolve customer issues.
