Unsatisfactory support from Customer Service
I booked a hotel room through this platform for 3 nights. It turned out that it was never really dark in the room. Bright lights outside were on all night and left the room in a glow like it was already morning. I tried to cancel the next 2 nights. The handling of this by agoda was not satisfactory. I could not cancel the room. The hotel proposed a different room, but with the same lights outside. Agodas AI-Chat was not helpful, there was a very long wait to be connected to Customer service. They would not reimburse but give a discount for a next booking. This will not help be. I will not use this platform again. There will be no next booking on Agoda. Agoda has meanwhile contacted me to ask for more information. However, the way to do this is through their customer service again, which already didn't work the first time.
