This company is a scam
This company is a scam. My Oladance OWS Pro earbuds stopped working before the warranty got expired. I contacted them and let them know about the issue. Initially they agreed on replacing them and asked me to return the earbuds first on my own cost. After I did, they started to change the deal. After many emails and excuses, they offered to fund me %50. Three, four, five months later, I didn’t receive a penny, and they stopped responding to my emails too. So I lost the earbuds plus the shipping fees that I paid for nothing. Never dealing with them again. Be more careful guys with Oladance company!
