Disgusting "service"...actually NO SERVICE AT ALL. Yet another scamming company.

A reliner lift chair was purchased to help me (I am very disabled and senior). The chair started malfunctioning within a few months (it cost about $1000.00) and when I reached out for support (their paperwork says:"Please give us a chance to mae it right and do better" (that's a joke) I was told the warranty was only six months. They would not offer ANY assistance at all and claimed that their warehouse had no replacement parts of any kind....even at my own expense. I am now stuck with a $1000.00 useless recliner that does not lift or recline. I would not recommend this company to a soul and I will NEVER purchase a single thing from them ever again. They are cheats and scammers and deserve every bad review to be pubished. Please take the time to report your bad experiences with Giantex.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My experience with this company has been hideous. They are 100% fraudulent and definitely not based in North America. They are in China. I ordered a reborn Elijah doll as a gift before Christmas. (around $155.00) After many weeks a box arrived and when I opened I was drawn to either cry or throw up. The "reborn Elijah" was as far from the one I ordered as possible. It looked like something from the Dollar store. Cheap, ugly and completely unsuitable to gift to ANYONE. Since that day, we have exchanged 22 emails where they offer to give me 30% if I return the doll. They do not provide a return label at all. The cost is left on you and when I took the nasty thing to the post office it was going to cost me $75+ to ship it on a slow boat to China. I was given the following address for returns: Mr. Tang Jiang, 2nd floor, No. 56 Jianlong St., Yuanshan Sub-District, Shenzhen City, 518000 GUANGDONG, P.R. China. I wonder if it is even a legitimate address. 22 emails later, I keep getting the same offer 30 - 35% refund and return the doll. Yeah, THAT"S gonna happen. I am embarrassed to admit I fell into this scam. It's the first time I have ever been involved in anything like it. I am usually a cautious soul. Don't buy from this site. They are definitely scammers . I wouldn't even give this doll to my dog. I quickly canceled my credit card when I received and opened the package. Be careful out there, folks. It's not the world I grew up in.
