Cicinia had amazing customer service!
Cicinia had amazing customer service. I was skeptical as first as they didn’t have a phone number for customer service and their facebook page seemed new. I even emailed Here Comes the Guide to confirm the award was legit. I didn’t want my bridesmaids to order a dress that did not look like the pictures or not get their dress. I was happy when I emailed Cicinia customer service and they communicated promptly the steps needed to have all the girls order their dresses so they could be cut together. They all received their dresses in a timely manner and faster than expected. Their customer service was fantastic at communicating with the steps of the dress cutting and shipment. When two of the bridesmaids that ordered dresses and weren’t able to attend due to weather traveling restrictions they were accommodating and sent their deepest apologies. The dress that we ordered had an embellishment on it. Not sure what happened but it came off of one of the girls dresses. The other dresses it was fine.
