Poor shipping experience
Unfortunately after 15 days our H2D printer still hasn’t arrived and little information has been provided on shipping details. Although we have been in contact with the team about our order, the overall experience has been disappointing. Half of our order arrived fine within a few days but with no sign of our printer, we are currently out of pocket having taken our old printer offline.
