I was having a bit of trouble reactivating my eSIM. I wrote to Maya and received a very speedy reply telling me I had activated a bit earlier than I intended, before my holiday. They offered to correct it. I said yes please. About 30 mins later I had another mail saying everything had been sorted! Exceptional service all for a £3.99 1GB of data!
