Would Not Recommend — Lost $200
I purchased a box set of the complete Demon Slayer manga (with shipping protection), got a notice that it had shipped and waited for my order. Due to shipping delays worldwide, I chalked up the wait as understandable but months later never received my order or any updates beyond it being shipped. When I reached out to RightStuf, they told me too much time had passed and to try talking to my local post office. I tried filing a claim with the shipper indicated on their website under the order confirmation (FedEx) and they denied ever being used. When I tried contacting the shipping insurance company I had paid extra for, they were likewise unable to help me. No refund or credit was issued. TL;DR - They lost $200 worth of product and told me good luck trying to find it on my own
