Ist time and LAST TIME user. Ordered 2 Fedoras, #1 Bespoke Fedora Chocolate Brown with Camel Band edge of brim, came all brown no finishing on brim. Cheap quality materials, evidently no quality control. #2 Miller Ranch-SG Trilby Fedora, came with inside unfinished, strips of materials just hanging inside hat, to small, not sure what size it was because there was no label. Was told I had to return merchandise to China at my cost, approximately $30 via USPS at my expense, not what's stated on website. So I would lose money to return items, probably wouldn't get the refund or ever see Hats again. Thanks to purchasing thru PAYPAL, will receive refund thru them. TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE, USER BEWARE!! ORDER DATE 1-5-2023, received on or about 1-14-2023 crushed in shoe box, 2 hats! DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN!!
