Not scam, but not recommended
I booked ferry ticket to Batam and used Grab payment but it was not successful. The CS promptly email me the booking was not confirmed and they will refund it within 2-4 weeks. So I decided to try book again this time used Mastercard payment however the same thing happened, unsuccessful booking but my money was deducted. So I started to think something is not right. Having come to read the bad reviews here, I felt hopeless to get refund. Not to mention Easybook does not have phone number to call only Whatsapp with instant message when you contact them but they never replied back. However they emailed me again regarding the refund notice within 2-4 weeks for my 2nd booking attempt. And guess what, they DID refund both of my failed transaction, I just received it yesterday, and it was only a week after my booking. This is my honest review 🙂
