I rarely write an negative review but I have to for this company. Not only did they not address the issues I was having on the App, they ignored my emails and six months later when I thought I'd cancelled my subscription, they charged me again and would NOT even consider giving me a refund. They are now saying that I have to formally cancel my subscription. They have stated that they sent an email with a cancellation form and I have yet to receive it. I can cancel most subscriptions with one click of a button but not with this company. Buyer beware!! Their platform was frustrating, no help with inquiries, they made it difficult to cancel a subscription and they are only out for a buck!
