Perfect place to learn Yoga @ Vinyasa Yoga Ashram
🙏 Namaste 🙏 My journey to learn yoga 🧘♀️ started with 🕉️Vinyasa Yoga Ashram.I have done 200 hours YTTC with my 16 years old son.. The place has got very positive atmosphere, good facilities. The teachers are skilled, knowledgeable and very helpful to everyone..specially to the beginners like me💕.. Really appreciate the teaching skills of Ajay Sir, Anupritha Mam, Ram Sir, Arvind Sir, Pradeep Sir, Kushagra Sir, Ashish Sir, Rohit Sir, Prajana Mam, Sandeeji, Namanji.. My best experiences in Meditation, sound healing session, silent day, beach yoga, excursion.. the list goes on and on .. Never knew that Satvik food can be made with lots of varieties.. Made new friends with diverse culture.. I will always cherish memories of the Vinyasa Yoga Ashram.. Looking forward to do 300 hours YTTC in the future..
