Excellent tool, excellent Support
Great and easy to use editor. Tons of templates and ready to use materials. After using up my 2 download credits (free plan) and using Piktochart just for personal purpose (3 times a year maybe), I contacted the support Team because I wanted another download but rarely see sense in upgrading my plan. Daniela from the support Team kindly reverted 1 credit for a download. I appreciate this gesture a lot, and now I am thinking to upgrade my plan and using Piktochart as a mane tool :)
