Off Shore Call Center Ruined EVERYTHING
Initially, after I submitted info on form online, I got 2 calls from providers; attempted to make 2 appointments. One provider started to become more difficult; photos were sent to them & their estimate was 2 To 3 times higher than the other team I hired. But I DID find a solution; work is yet to be done. However, AFTER I had made my agreement with the vendor, the Angie call center proceeded to call me THREE DAYS IN A ROW at 8AM each morning, WAKING ME UP! Who the F calls at 8am??? Day 1; no message left; Day 2 I called the number back & said I wasn't interested & DO NOT call me again. Day 3 I thought I was going to shoot someone. I called them at 4pm, a much more reasonable time, started asking why they kept calling me, and they hung up. I called back, really pissed by this point and the full Philippines call center likely heard me go off; I asked why they kept calling me. They said I had inquired about a service on Angie's list- I explained yes, I had already received 2 quotes and hired someone. And they I better not hear from this call center EVER again. So what a shame - went from happy about finding a solution, to annoyed with Angie & disappointed they don't hire USA phone agents. Do NOT give them your phone number!!!
