Targeted and tailored specific to CPACE. Good test taking strategies and overall general knowledge of principalship. Most of the anecdotal contributions were helpful. The language of the slideshow needs to reflect cultural responsivity. For example, one of the laws references "aliens" and "illegals." Instructors should include a caveat that those words are not acceptable ("undocumented" is the more culturally responsible term.) Additional verbal language shifts: "minority" --> marginalized/historically disadvantaged/people of color; "3rd world" or "inner city" --> underserved/communities/countries with fewer resources; "stakeholders" ---> educational partners Overall, enjoyable, VERY informative and a solid foundational prep that points you in a good direction for continued learning.
