Ende Dezember einen RoboRock bei Gshopper bestellt. Würde angeblich am 27.12 zugestellt. Paket ist seit dem verschwunden. Gshopper Kontakt reagiert nur mit Standarttext und ist nicht in der Lage din Nachforschungantrah von DHL zu initiieren. Nie wieder kann nur dringend davon abraten. Wenn etwas schief geht wie in meinem Fall reagiert keiner !!!! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen Update 31.01.2023 Dear Gshopper, as we already explained to you multiple times we did not receive the package. We provided proof that we where out of town and the signature provided by the logistic company states a different name. Furthermore we provided a written and signed document that we did not receive the package. Since the package was insured the SELLER ( and only the SELLER) is able to start an investigation with the logistic provider. Since we already had this identical discuss with you over the last month, you proof that there is no interest in solving this issue. Please contact DHL and claim a insurance case !!!
