Absolutely the worst
Absolutely the worst! Ordered socks for my daughter with photo of her dog on them. They sent her underwear with some guys face on it and it said "if you lick me, I am yours" (or something to that effect). My daughter is in a treatment center and she had to open this package in front of others. She was mortified! Contacted customer service via their online chat (there is no phone service they informed me), they said they can not do anything unless they see a photo of the underwear. I informed them that she does not access to a camera of any kind and their reply was basically, "we can't help you then". I tried to tell them that we never received what we ordered, but they are refusing to make things right, either with a refund or buy sending the correct item. Bottom line: If you have a problem with your order, don't expect any help from them.
