HORRIBLE BUSINESS!
I ordered a 7 in 1 cavitation machine almost 2 weeks ago and have not received it. I’ve been using the live chat on the app for the past WEEK straight and nobody will respond to me at all!!! I ordered this to begin my new business and it took me months to save up the money. I have a newborn to take care of and now I’m FURIOUS. I tried calling their phone number and it said it’s a non working number. I am really really disappointed. I tried the the first time you buy my machine off off ebay and it never arrived, at least I was refunded my entire purchase amount. They offered for me to get an upgrade at a lower cost and I basically told them to shove it, and was not going to waste my time and money again, that I would go to a reputable company Mychway- GO FIGURE! As of this moment I have no tracking information, no money, no machine, no way to contact them! I tried canceling my order but there’s no response. I’m going to get my money back or a machine one way or the other. I am just so appalled and so disheartened. I thought they were a reputable company I could trust. They are a corporate entity what business do they have taking the measley amount of money from one individual, just trying their best to make money bc I’m the sole provider for my family!!!? If anyone has any suggestions or information on how to go about handling this or how I can reach a live person, please reach out to me. Thank you. On the off chance that Mychway responds to me and makes this right, I will write an updated review thanking them.
