Award winning costumer review!!!
I don’t know how or who made this happen; HOWEVER, I had previously made a bad review on the product I had received. Mr Fluffy Friend reached out to me, 2 YEARS LATER mind you LOL asking to make good on the previously received flattened out not rounded on the edges of the bed like it was supposed to be for this very disgruntled costumer! Well… they made good on their promise even after I’d thought I was just out of the money - I received my NEW MR FLUFFY FRIEND LARGE BED FOR MY PUP, Luna, today!!’ I’ve GOT to tell you, I’M VERY IMPRESSED!! First, for whoever is heading up this company or whoever saw my bad review and had the clever idea of just reaching out, apologizing for the defective product and offered to replace it, FREE OF CHARGE, NO SHIPPING EITHER!!! No taxes no nothing!!! Look at how little effort it took to turn an unhappy customer into a delighted consumer!!! 🫰 (snap) I took down my bad review and replaced it with this one👀😁 The replacement is perfect, now, I DOUBLE DOG DARE YOU, to find better customer service than THAT!! Thank you MrFluffyFriend!!’ Your costumer service department just won you a lot more costumers!!’ Would definitely buy this again!! Valerie
