Product - meh; Customer Svc - Great
You do not want me to review the DrFone/Wondershare product. It is not user friendly at all for me, a 72 year old grandmother. Now I am not feeble yet; I use many other apps and electronics. But, their customer service would be five star, the product took my rating down. Product rating would be a 2 otherwise. Customer service had a tremendous amount of patience with me. I know nothing about a zip file! I truly appreciated all their assistance. It took three weeks of almost daily emails before my lights came on!
