Terrible experience and product
Terrible experience with a terrible company! The bras are not what they advertise. They're also from overseas (China I believe)... although you'resupposed to send back items to an addressin Arizona if you'reasking for a refund. There's no customer service phone number. The only way is to email them. However, they do not respond quickly. It takes myltiple attempts to get them to respond. They are difficult with returns and refunds. They insist i. You keeping the item instead. They mught offer to send you a replacement for a cheaper price so thst you don't have to ask for a return and refund. The reason for this is because YOU are paying for shipping the item back to them to their Arizona address. So, i paid around $26 for a terrible bra that i can't use and would pay almost $15 (if via post office) or almost $17 (if via UPS) to send it back to them for a refund... hoping that they approve the refund. Does that make sense to you as a customer or a decent, ethical business person??? It does not make sense to me. I'm donating the terrible bra, and i lost my money and almost my sanity dealing with them. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this company. I wonder if they would do this if their customers were men and how that would work out for them...
