I've had an issue with balance…
I've had an issue with balance refunding and it took weeks to get it resolved which it did. I gave 4 stars because the aforementioned was lengthy and the site didn't have many interesting items to buy but I'm sure that'll change in the future. Also, if the item's order is expired, it shouldn't be possible to add it to cart so the less intelligence people like me who failed to notice it was expired cannot try to make a purchase on a non-existence item and have their balance stuck on the site.
