The worst online delivery experience!!
I would give negative stars if I could…. One of the biggest grocery retailers in SG and such a pathetic online delivery experience. Even our neighbourhood grocery has better online delivery service than them. My order was delayed and I did not receive on the date assigned. There was no communication from them about the delay, I tried calling helpline- tried for an hour and gave up. Please do not order from them- the most unprofessional and useless platform!!!
