Sent the wrong item and refuses to replace/refund!
I ordered a dress on this site and received a completely different garment. I sent them pictures and they told me "that's just how that dress is"... (the picture on the Order Confirmation is a one piece, what they sent me was a two piece, so very obvious). When I said I wanted the item I ordered or a refund, they told me to PAY FOR SHIPPING back to China in order to get a refund! Even though they sent me the wrong item! UPDATE: I have attempted to reason with this company's customer support repeatedly via email and have to resort to a chargeback. It's literally two different garments. I also discovered that they had stolen the image on their website directly from a bespoke dressmaker's online store. Do not trust this website.
