Stay well away from Cur8Trend. My experience with this company has been nothing short of disgraceful. I received a faulty product and, instead of standing behind what they sell, they offered a small partial refund and expected me to pay out of my own pocket to return their defective item. Any reputable business would take responsibility and either provide a full refund or arrange return shipping at their expense. Cur8Trend chose neither. Customer service has been frustrating, repetitive, and completely unwilling to provide a fair resolution. After numerous emails, I am now forced to pursue a chargeback through my bank to recover my money. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from Cur8Trend to read the reviews carefully before spending their hard-earned money. Based on my experience, this is not a company that values its customers once a problem arises. Very disappointing and certainly not a business I would ever deal with again.
