I have not received my order shipped…
I have not received my order shipped 12/30. I did not receive tracking information and I haven't received a response to my inquiry about where my dog's meds are. I now have to run to my vet and pay much more for the second time since placing this order. The order took a LONG time to place. First I provided the prescription, then I confirmed my dog's name and breed, then I had to reconfirm payment. All that added weeks to the process.
