SILENT THIEVES: One year AFTER completing my 7 day trial (which terminated) they began withdrawing a monthly fee from the account I used to sign up and not much else since. I didn't notice for 3 years - no communication, nothing... just a slow secret drain for THREE YEARS. When I reached out, they were kind enough to refund the last couple months, per their policy... but for years they siphoned money out of my account without any indication or permission. FYI - CHASE doesn't do jack for fraud protection here.
