Ebay let us down 1st, you guys are awesome
After a very disappointing experience on Ebay. The item showing up in a polybag and poor packaging leading to the launcher breaking before my son could use it. He found your site and was excited to order an official BeyBlade Launcher himself. So we did. And to my wonderful surprise, it arrived in a BOX and had good packaging, the item was shipped quickly and was not broken, my son is happy despite his 1st experience not going well. I am pleased and would recommend you to others.Thank you
