Great products, slow shipping
I really love the quality of the products, I have ordered a few. Only complain, that however I'm in Europe, the products are shipped from China, which makes it very slow.

"On blocked list" since I sent back defective product...
I have ordered a backpack which has arrived defected (some dents and holes on the hard part of the backpack). So I chose to send it back for full refund. Since then I'm on a "blocked list", I can't place any orders, and the Fb chat support won't send any answers. Since 1 and a half weeks I keep sending request messages to get help, they see the message but never reply. Enough. I have received a defective product what I have sent back, and now I can't place any orders nor get help or support. After one and a half week trying and waiting it's finally enough. Really-really bad customer "support"... Update: My account was deleted from their side as well... Lost all my data from earlier purchases, all collected points, all invoices...
