I placed an order on Jan 27
I placed an order on Jan 27, 2023 and it still not shipped. According to their product listing it takes 2-3 days to process an order, but when i contacted them via online messaging i keep getting the same message that they were close due tom the Chinese holiday but now they are back. After writing them a nasty message finally they provided me with the tracking number BUT THAT TOO WITH THE MESSAGE...."here is your tracking but that doesn't mean the item is shipped" So I checked the tracking and its NOT SHIPPED YET... Bad service.
