I placed the order over the phone and the rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Only issue was that it took longer to ship and arrive than I was told. I tried to call several times, left several messages and an e-mail and no one contacted me. I was starting to think I was scammed....but finally arrived so I guess all is well.
