Make sure you do the trial first
I bought their backup utility only to discover to my surprise it would copy files off my exFAT drives, but greet me with an incompatibility error if I tried to access any of it. This made it useless for me. When I inquired about a refund I was told, in essence, I should have done the trial first and now it's too late. It had not occured to me to check whether a data backup tool could access the data it backed up. That's on me for assuming, I guess.
