Never received package
Never received package. Opened a ticket and never heard back from them even after following up. First emailed you on Jan 16 and just now got a response on Feb 11 because of the bad review. Just to say to check with the post office. Like I mentioned on Jan 16 I contacted the delivery service and they declared it lost. I attached their certificate declaring it lost.
