Ender 3 - Neo Set-up and How we like it so far
The Ender 3 - Neos we received were well secured in several layers of foam inside of very sturdy boxes. After a look into the instruction manual, it was apparent that the build process was going to be very quick and easy! Once the 3D printers were assembled, we immediately plugged them into the wall outlets to see if we could start a test print. The first outlet we tried actually did not work, so we moved to a different wall, and that second outlet DID work! At first, we thought we didn't assemble the printers correctly, but it was just that the outlet we tried didn't work. Once we got them plugged in and turned it on, we started a test print from the given SD card and it looked like the nozzle on one of the printers was a little too close to the bed. However, we solved that problem with adjusting the z-axis in babysteps. Overall, the Ender 3 - Neo printers we have are super nice. They have a sleeker design than the normal Ender 3, and we greatly appreciate the fact that they can auto-level themselves. These machines also came with glass beds, which are also much easier to clean than the other more porous beds on the Ender 3. We are very satisfied with these printers so far and the customer service has been great! We are able to get email responses right when we need them. Overall, Creality3D has been awesome with their products and customer service!
