1 month without response, without a single word!
Ordered a twotress laser engraver, nothing has arrived. no asnwer on the "contact seller" page, no normal email is found on the page. totally irresponsive. after ~1month i cancelled the order and would like to get my money back. (GWA140034304). looks like a huge scam! ** update on 2023.03.28** to be fair, they were helpful during the past period. store told me the managing staff was on holiday & the webshop run out out product, they cannot deliver. Due to i started the refund process on Revolut as well where i paid it made a bit difficult to simply wire back the maoney. they also informed me when the product was available again. finally the Revolut process went thru (they informed me at the beginning is would take ~50days) and on 2023.03.27 i got back my money. However i finally didn't buy what i wanted from GShopper, they were helpful. ** update on 2023.04.02 ** modifed the star rating to 3 -- the initial unresponsiveness was not OK, but at the end they were helpful, regularly asked feedback about the status of the refund process. offered the product once again it was available in the EU stock.
