No confirmation email or customer support
Hey, I placed an order for the Lush 3 on their official website for delivery to New York. It's been a little over two days and 3 emails and am yet to get an answer from them. I haven't even received a confirmation email from them confirming my order. All the while the money has been debited from my credit card. Wonder what's happening.
