I have ordered a week ago my Looi and I paid the extra fee for fast delivery and since then they havent been able to give a delivery date. The only way to contact them is to post a message on their chat where no one answers. Only automated messages through email. Today I sent them another follow up message and they have the guts to send me a message that since the 13th they will be on holidays !!! Well so they have the time to write that they will be on Holiday but they cannot take the time to answer my simple question. I asked for full refund including dellivery fees but all I get are automated useless messages. I highly regret to have ordered from this unreliable company.
